Is it for real?

I swear that my ever-noisy upstairs neighbors are training elephants to do somersaults.  What makes it worse is that they have a friend over who is laughing with the most bizarre laugh.  He sounds just like a character from an old cartoon making a yuk, yuk, yuk noise.  The first time it happened, I thought that it was part of a joke or something, but he has continued to laugh like that.  It's a little freaky.  I really have to get a WTF? icon some time.  It would be very appropriate now.
