divinemadamYet another post tonight really just to try to keep awake while the side effects wear off. I know if I go to sleep while sitting up I will get a horrible crick in my neck and that will possibly trigger another migraine, which would put me in the same situation that I am in now. Therefore, I will be Rambly McRamble-lot. I tried watching tv and movies, but that didn't work. Reading didn't work. We'll see how typing goes. This will probably be rather stream of consciousness, so I will try to remember to put this under a cut when I am done so no one will have to read it. Unless of course they want the surreal walk into my medicine filled, post-migraine head. I will try to give some coherency just in case. Can't promise anything.
I think that one of my annoying upstairs neighbors is at least bisexual. i swear that I heard rhythmic noises and two male moans the other night. However there is a female and male up there tonight. Ironically the males were quieter and played better music. The strange thing is, I find that I am less annoyed by them now that I think that one of them is bisexual. Is that weird? I am biased for them based upon sexual orientation. Oh well. Maybe it's because the bisexual encounters are quieter. The chick is the one who annoys me and the straight guy. I have also found out the one of them smokes and has started smoking in the house because I can smell it through the ventilation system sometimes. Yuck. I can deal with it most days, but migraine days? Just shoot me! We have a new apartment manager, and I do believe that the next time that they decide to have an impromptu party in the wee hours of the morning, I am complaining. They haven't done it in a while, but I they have been getting up and leaving a bit earlier than me in the morning. Because of the different hours that they have worked, I am pretty sure that they are military because they are leaving and coming back during typical navy base hours. If I really wanted to be a bitch, I could call the police on them. If the military finds out about the police being called on them, they could have their rank busted. The military doesn't play with stuff like that.
Speaking of the military, I have to tell you about a pretty cool thing that is going on at our school. We are trying a pilot program with the Army and HRACING. We are going to have an arena racing team. The military is giving us a car and helping to maintain and care for it. We will train a crew and drivers. The kids are going to love it. We have the biggest bunch of red necks at our school. It's hilarious because our school is in a relatively urban area, but our school is still kinda redneck and good ol'boy mentality in what entertains them. Sports, races, fighting, cars... they are happy as larks. Still, how many other schools can say that they have an actual race team?
Is anyone else heart broken that Viggo may not act any more? I can understand that he wants to take a break. I also understand that he prefers the more creative arts over the performing arts, but I love his movies. He is such a phenomenal actor. Even in some of the less than stellar movies that he has been in, he did an excellent job. I can respect his decision, but I would be truly saddened if he never acted again. Just the thought of no more characters like Aragorn or Nikolai or Tom Stall makes me really sad. And I'm sorry, but I trully believe that Viggo's version of Lucifer in The Prophecy is my all time favorite devil interpretation in a movie. He is dark, seductive, derisive, truthful but not telling everything, a total bad boy, sexy and still makes you want what he's selling, despite the fact that he's just ripped out a heart and eaten it. Creepy, repulsive but still something draws you in. That takes talent people. That's what the world would miss without him acting.
Enough rambling. I think that I might be able to lay down now. Crossing my fingers! Good night all!
