Jan. 6th, 2009 10:14 pmBeing back at work hasn't been so bad, but I have been very tired when I come home. That may be because I could not sleep on Sunday night, so I am still a little sleep deprived. We are doing testing this week, and since I am still training the testing person, I have been helping her. The nice thing is that she truly doesn't need much help, aside from little nudges here and there and moral support. However, I can be in the testing room and everyone else leaves me alone, so I can get work done, uninterrupted. It's quite lovely. Holly, the testing specialist, just laughs because I am hiding out in her room.
Anyway, I have had a nice and relaxing evening tonight. Took a nap. Had double stuf oreos for dinner. (Hey, I am pms-ing.) I have also read for a while. I am currently reading Fluke, Or I Know Why the Winged Whale Sings by Christopher Moore. He is a fabulous writer. I read one of the best lines too. "Shoes off in the whale! And don't try and make a break for the anus." I do love this book.
