Must Kill!

I have a massive migraine!  My upstairs neighbor is blasting music, so even though things are nice and quiet at my place, I can't get rest.  Any time that I stand, my head hurts even more, so I haven't been able to get up to ask them to be quiet.  Maybe I can call my brother and ask him to come over to ask them to kindly shut the fuck up!  I realize that there aren't many people who are trying to sleep at 8:00 in the evening, but I just need peace and quiet.  I have had this headache almost 24 hours now in varying degrees of pain, and right now is the worst that it has felt.  I have taken medicine and I hope that it will kick in soon.  I have broken down and taken muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory meds.  Please just let them shut up and the medicine help.
