Good day

Today was such a good day!  I didn't have to go to work because it was a snow day.  Ironic thing is, it never snowed.  They were predicting 2-4 inches of snow to accumulate through the day, so the school system shut down as a precaution.  The last time that they were in the same situation, they chose to keep the schools open and there were tons of accidents.  Think about it.  Do you want a bunch of teenagers who just learned how to drive, who never get a chance to drive in snow and ice, to maneuver on the roads during one of the few times in a decade that it snows around here?  Thus no school.

Now to put on warm fluffy pj's and crawl into bed.  Big day tomorrow, back to work after almost a week out. 

EDIT:  I will be posting the lemon cheesecake recipe since a few people have asked for it.  I just need to get some sleep tonight, so it will have to wait.  Sorry.
